Yes, my Hubby is a great cook. Sometimes we have even some small 'arguments' because of that - as we have different ideas how to cook what, but... when it comes to fish he's the best! This one is simple and very, very delicious!

Carrot soup - easy and cheap!...

Recently I had a bag of organic carrots (yes - whenever possible I'm buying organic, localy produced food!) and didn't know what to do with it so... I've made a soup. I didn't have a recipe so I just made one... It isn't rely a recipe... it's too much said about that ;) But... it's cheap, quick, easy and delicious :)
