P.S. Unfortunately on the photo you can't see all the almond flakes and raisins in the soup... shame.

How to make it...
Ingredients:
- 1 l full fat milk
- 100 g ground almonds
- 150 g flake almonds
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- pinch of cinnamon
- 100 g dry white rice
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- handful of raisins/sultanas
Cook the rice al dente, drain and mix with the butter. Cook the milk and add all the almonds. Stir constantly so it won't burn. Let it infuse for few minutes. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and raisins. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add rice and turn off the heat. Put aside so the rice can soak some of that almond milk and all the tastes will mix together. Serve hot or cold.
