
How to make it...
Ingredients:
- 200g minced beef
- 1 whole egg
- hand full of chopped coriander
- hand full of dry breadcrumbs
- 1 chopped onion
- 5 chopped mushrooms
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- salt, pepper, chili, basil
- oil for frying
Mix everything together - I always use my hands not a spoon to mix minced meat. You should aim for 'modeling clay' consistency, so you can form burgers and they won't fall apart when frying. Fry on both sides till golden brown - ideally BBQ them! Serve with a salad, maybe in a 'hamburger roll'.

Those DO NOT need a BBQ or grill, that's how good they look! Love the cool, refreshing salad as a cool accompaniment. Simple, clean and perfect for a great meal!
