Scrambled eggs - all in one...

Sometimes we all need/want to eat something different and easy at the same time. We all are getting bored easily ;) So here's my idea for a little unusual scrambled eggs... Instead of having eggs and toast separately I do it all together. It's nice, something different. You can add tomatoes, cheese and finely chopped ham or sausage if you like - I like plain eggs and bred. It's a very good start of the day!

How to make it...
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- some milk
- 2 slices of bread of your choice
- salt and pepper
- butter for frying

Dice the bread into small pieces and fry on the butter till nice and golden and slightly crispy. In the meantime beat the eggs with a little bit of milk (1 tablespoon or so) and season to taste. Pour the eggs over the bread - you have to work quick here, as at this stage the pan is already hot. Fry the eggs to the consistency you like your scrambled eggs. Sprinkle with chives or green onion if you like or serve with fresh tomatoes, salad etc.

Smacznego!
